If you gotta use a platform and put the customer out there...maybe think about another provider or, even better, keep it in-house and have one solid point of contact for customers. Working with The Draw Shop crew was a real pleasure. They’re super friendly, approachable, and know their stuff! We had a fantastic time collaborating with them. The team is well-organized, quick to get back to us, and kept us in the loop about everything. They’ve got some talented artists who really helped us turn our vision into reality.

I did take off one star because, at the end of the day, the final video quality wasn’t exactly what we were hoping for, and we had to put in a bit more effort to fix it. Also, the music choices could’ve been a bit broader for what we needed.

But honestly, aside from those couple of hiccups, I’d definitely go back to The Draw Shop and would recommend them to anyone. The issues we ran into were manageable, and the overall experience was just so enjoyable and straightforward.
